This villa was designed by the Belgian architect Jacques Min, who also shaped the overall appearance of the Calo d'en Real. The renovation in 2019 was meant to preserve the original DNA despite major renovation work. In addition, from the original 3 bedrooms, 3 more were added to 1000 square meters.
Together with Indigo Living Concept, all the installation work was especially made for this particular project. The kitchen for example, is a unique travertine construction, as are the bars in the living room. The built-in cupboards are made of Briccole wood, which origins from the Venetian piles.
